The Role:

As Performance Marketing Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in creating and executing tailored Performance Marketing strategies for our diverse portfolio of Ecommerce clients. Your deep understanding of the digital marketplace will be instrumental in driving growth, enhance user experience, and maximising online revenue. This role requires a strategic thinker with a background in producing effective Performance Marketing strategies for Ecommerce clients, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.

You could be an Account Director working for a Performance Marketing agency specialising in Paid Social and Paid Search, an Ecommerce Strategist with a strong knowledge of Paid Media Strategy or a Performance Marketing Strategist with a background in working with D2C and Ecommerce brands. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive Ecommerce strategies that align with clients’ business objectives.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
• Have a solid understanding of the importance of Paid Media across Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads and role they play within the Ecommerce strategy.
• Work closely with internal teams including Paid Social, Paid Search, Content and Email teams to ensure cohesive execution of eCommerce strategies.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct quarterly strategic reviews for clients, fostering and maintaining strong relationships to support client retention and drive service growth.
• Mentor and coach Managers and Executives to ensure their continuous progression, both professionally and personally.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

About You

• Proven experience in developing and executing successful Performance Marketing strategies for D2C/Ecommerce brands.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including Paid Media (Paid Search and Paid Social), SEO, social media, and email marketing.
• A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for digital transformation and sustainability.
• Forecasting experience
• Experience within a similar Performance Marketing Agency working with Ecommerce clients is highly advantageous!

• Competitive salary up to £55,000 depending on experience and level
