As a Senior Digital Account Manager, you’ll be joining a fast-paced, collaborative digital team where you’ll own client relationships and lead the delivery of multi-channel digital strategies. You’ll act as the bridge between technical performance and client understanding, translating data into actionable insights that drive business results.
What you’ll be doing
As a Senior Digital Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across paid media, SEO, and programmatic channels. You’ll work closely with internal specialists and external client teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
You’ll lead client conversations, manage expectations, and present campaign performance in a clear, compelling way. You’ll interrogate briefs, challenge assumptions, and help shape communications strategies that deliver measurable impact.
You’ll also support new business pitches, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to cross-sell and upsell initiatives across the wider agency portfolio.
