Senior Account Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager or Junior Account Director, to join a creative purpose-driven, B Corp marketing agency in Oxfordshire. The Senior Account Manager will work across a range of digital channels and print campaigns to deliver exceptional client services and marketing strategy. This role is perfect for a results-driven and motivated Senior Account Manager who’s looking to develop their career within a purpose driven marketing agency working with some great clients!

What you’ll be doing

The Senior Account Manager will take ownership over end-to-end project management, growth of client relationships, and ensuring timely project delivery. You’ll be able to hit the ground running and a natural people person.

You’ll work across 5 of their main accounts and support and manage junior team members. The Senior Account Manager will deliver a range of projects and ensure client relationships are nurtured. What experience you’ll need to apply

• Experience as an Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, Junior Account Director or similar in an agency setting.
• A strong understanding of digital and traditional channels and experience in social, paid social, SEO and content is advantageous.
• A passion or keen interest in the B2B tech space or experience working with clients in this sector is a plus!
• Have worked in a client facing, agency role and proven capabilities in building lasting relationships and have worked to set budgets, and successfully led on client briefs.
• Experience in team management and confident in mentoring junior employees.
