This an amazing opportunity for an experienced Strategy Director to join a growing integrated marketing agency in Bristol with a seriously impressive client portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a mix of brand strategy and broader integrated marketing knowledge, as well as the ability to innovate and think creatively.

What you’ll be doing:

• You’ll work with the strategy team to plan, form, and articulate creative ideas for integrated client campaigns.
• The Strategy Director will get stuck into a broad range of briefs for clients.
• You will need to apply your expert knowledge of brand, marketing, digital, and planning at a level where you are able to correctly challenge clients and the rest of the agency team, in order to deliver the best outcomes for everybody.

What experience you’ll need to apply:

• Experience working as a Senior Strategist or Strategy Director/Head of Strategy within a creative marketing agency.
• You’ll be comfortable prescribing and interpreting research, and turning it into actionable insights that solve our clients’ challenges
• The ideal candidate will understand brand strategy and broader integrated marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing as well.
• Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry experience.
• B2B & B2C experience.
• You will ideally come from a bigger marketing agency (London relocator perhaps) where you can join and add value from day one.
• You’ll be able to participate in deep, thoughtful conversations with senior clients about most, if not all parts of their business.
