What you’ll be doing:

As Technical Lead, you will be the subject matter expert utilising your Spirits know-how to successfully project manage and implement Closed Loop Operations.

They are looking for a self-starter who is highly detail orientated. You must be able to think on your feet and take ownership of your domain, as well as be a reliable team player. You are passionate about how vital your role is in ensuring business success and will enjoy being part of a team of highly motivated professionals from various backgrounds. As Technical Lead with a key global brand partner, you have responsibility of operations to support their global rollout. You will be attending client sites delivering plant commissioning, operations training and working with the partner to deliver successful projects. Finally, you will have responsibility for contributing to the development of the companies operations protocols, standards and system.

What experience you’ll need to apply?

  • Strong working experience within the Spirits industry in a production/manufacturing context.
  • Management of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system.
  • A sound foundational understanding of production processes with associated quality assurance and control measures, and New Product Introduction and Implementation.
  • Ability to travel globally to warehouses, factories, local vendors and service providers. (London based with travel approximately 40% of the time expenses paid).
  • Ideally you will have a ‘business-owner’ work mentality that is excited to be part of the rapidly-evolving sustainability movement looking to constantly break new frontiers in innovation.
