Since 2001 we’ve immersed ourselves in the Technology, Data, Science, Marketing and Design communities. That’s given us a knowledgeable, well-connected team who bring together brilliant people and the companies who need them, from start-ups and scale-ups through to SMEs, agencies, and large international businesses.

What you’ll be doing

• Running a 360 recruitment desk (sourcing candidates, building client relationships, and managing the process end to end) within one of our specialist sectors.
• Building genuine, lasting relationships with candidates and clients. You’ll have a wealth of contacts to draw on from day one.
• Growing your own profile in your market through your knowledge, your network, and sharing what you know.
• Working alongside a team of experienced consultants who share their client and sector knowledge, so you’re never doing it alone.
• Growing your career as far as you’d like to take it. As an employee-owned business, we’re not here to scale and sell, so there’s genuine room for future leadership and board roles.

Essential

• Experience in permanent recruitment, in any sector. We’re currently especially keen to hear from people with experience in technology and life sciences, but we’re open.
• A genuine interest in one or more of the sectors we work across.
• The ability to build trust and strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Clear, honest communication.

Nice to have

• Experience running a 360 desk.
• An existing network in one of our sectors.
