Jenni makes everything run as smooth as clockwork. She can do incredible things with a spread sheet and ensures our contractors have the best recruitment agency experience they could ever hope for.
Jenni ensures ADLIB's contractors are a happy bunch. Not only as she makes sure they are paid on time, she's also a fountain of knowledge when it comes to helping contractors set up as a limited company, work PAYE or get the most out of an umbrella company.

Not this week, but working on the new office with Sabrina, seeing it all come together over the last few months and then finally moving in!

It is more than just a recruitment agency and unlike any Operations & Finance job I have had - everyone here is great and all work together to make this the best environment to be in! We have a great culture, during work and socially.

There have been a few - recently though I think seeing everyone's reactions to the new office on our first day in here.
How I explain what I do at a party:
I manage our Accounts, Operations, Credit Control, Contractor Support, Office Management and when needed - IT - all of this comes after buying the Friday beers and planning our staff parties, haha.
