ADLIB Life – The one about Ania

Ania shares her take…

When I was kid I wanted to become…
A TV presenter.

For me, this is “what working at ADLIB” is all about:
Being yourself at work and working with like-minded people: knowledgeable, professional, honest, supportive and fun.

My biggest feel-good moment since I’ve been at ADLIB:
The weekend away a few years ago when we went to Wales and were kayaking on the river Wye.

It was a lovely weekend, we had gorgeous weather, made cocktails and everyone was having a great time.

How I explain what I do at a party:
I find exciting and challenging opportunities for candidates and at the same time, talented and loyal employees for our clients.  

Beyond recruitment at ADLIB, I care about…
My family and friends but also those less fortunate than me (I volunteer with two charities in my spare time). I also care about the planet and do my best to live a life that minimises my carbon footprint.
