We’re looking for an experienced CRM Manager to join a hugely exciting scale up business as they look to grow across exciting new locations. This is a crucial role within the talented marketing team, will help deploy the new CRM system, improve user flows and develop new ones as well as work with the digital performance agency to build out customer target segments and lead generation campaigns.

The ideal candidate would be someone who is strategic and technical yet happy to be on the ground on a day to day basis with the hands on work.

What you’ll be doing

As the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for deploying and optimising the CRM system as well as developing the digital marketing ecosystem with a particular focus on CRM user flow development, email automations and paid campaigns for lead generation.

From a CRM perspective, you will manage the contact database making sure you are driving growth through acquisition and retention as well as developing segmentation strategies for effective targeting of future campaigns. As the specialist, you will manage the day-to-day use and optimisation of the CRM System (Hubspot) and lead the integration with the website as well as be responsible for the strategy and implementation of all email campaigns. You will test user journeys and monitor campaign performance and make recommendations and improvements as necessary.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for optimising the digital campaigns including SEO and manage the external digital agency from a PPC and Paid Social perspective, making sure you own the relationship and workflow and collaborate with internal teams in order to drive engagement and high-quality follower growth.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • At least 5 years’ experience within a CRM role
  • Experience of working across all other digital marketing channels
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEO Content writing would be ideal
  • A solid understanding of CRM systems – preferably HubSpot
  • A knowledge of automated journey building
  • Highly creative with a keen eye for detail
  • Analytically minded
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent self-motivation, timekeeping & organisational skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • A great team player but also able to work as well autonomously
