Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Data Scientist with a knack for modelling, problem-solving and a desire to immerse yourself in an innovative, fast-paced marketing agency environment?

What you’ll be doing
Working in this award-winning performance marketing agency with clients ranging from industry leaders to high-potential start-ups, you’ll join the team as a Data Scientist.

They’re looking for a dynamic, personable individual to work alongside their high-profile clients, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and contribute to their exciting team.

In this role you’ll make an impact from day one. You’ll utilise your skills to direct effective data analytics, considering cutting-edge technology and forthcoming trends. You’ll be customising marketing effectiveness models, creating regular client insight reports, and managing high-profile projects.

Most importantly, you’ll be involved in time series analysis modelling, econometric modelling and play a vital role in mentoring junior analysts, helping them upscale their data skills.

Through data analysis, modelling, automation, and effective communication with clients, you’ll be an integral player in the company’s progress, ensuring they maintain their competitive edge. You will also work on data privacy and security considerations to safeguard the company and client’s data.

Please note this role requires four days a week in the office – they may be flexible down to three.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • At least 3 years of experience in an analytics role
  • Experience with econometric modelling
  • Experience with time series analysis modelling
  • A BSc/MSc degree in a data related field like Statistics, Econometrics, Data Science
  • Proven technical skills using Python/R
  • Experience with SQL
  • Communication skills will be key as you’ll be communicating with both internal and external stakeholders and presenting your insights and findings.
  • Mentoring skills to help support junior members of the team.

The salary on this one is up to £50,000 (depending on experience) + bonus.
