This Digital Account Manager role is built for someone who enjoys translating digital performance into clear client value. You’ll work closely with a Head of Digital and specialist channel teams. You’ll own client relationships. You’ll create and manage digital strategies that support real business objectives. You’ll be trusted to advise, challenge and guide clients using insight and evidence. This is a hands-on role with space to shape how digital is delivered and communicated.

What you’ll be doing
As a Digital Account Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of clients across PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic and SEO. You’ll develop channel strategies aligned to client goals. You’ll oversee delivery by specialist teams and partners.

You’ll lead client conversations. You’ll gather requirements. You’ll translate needs into clear digital plans. You’ll present performance updates in a way that is easy to understand and focused on outcomes.

You’ll analyse campaign data. You’ll identify opportunities to improve return on investment. You’ll recommend next steps backed by insight. You’ll also support new business activity, contribute to pitches, and spot opportunities to grow existing accounts through relevant digital solutions.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Experience working as a Digital Account Manager or in a similar digital/integrated client-facing role.
  • Proven background across multiple digital channels including PPC, Paid Social and SEO.
  • Experience building and managing digital strategies aligned to business objectives.
  • Confidence presenting data, insight and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance metrics.
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
