Designer

Fast Growing Tech Brand

  • Location Gloucestershire

  • Type Permanent

  • Salary £40-60k

Join a tech business with an excellent proposition and growing team.

Be part of a newly formed in-house creative studio.

Enjoy a competitive salary, interesting work and hybrid working.

We’re looking for a Designer to be part of a newly formed in-house creative studio here in the Southwest. This is a hybrid role, ideally with a couple of days a week in the Gloucestershire office but great flexibility on offer and the chance to help shape something new.

What you’ll be doing

As a Designer, you’ll be joining a new in-house creative studio for a fast-growing tech brand. With a global presence, this is a great role for a designer that’s interested in technology and wants to be part of something special, growing at pace. The business has a fairly flat approach to management and collaboration, so whilst you’ll be reporting into a talented Creative Director and working alongside seniors your ideas will be heard and your input valued on a wide range of projects from concept to design. Each day will be varied.

You’ll be working alongside a talented team including a Creative Director, designers and writer as well as growing marketing team. The focus for this role will be on digital; creating campaigns for brands within the group and helping to launch and market new brands too. This could include work on web pages and micro-sites, social media, brand concept and creation, email marketing as well as campaigns outside of the UK market too.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • A designer with a portfolio that demonstrates strong digital experience across web and digital campaigns.
  • A good grasp of UI design and UX principles.
  • Previous experience of working across multiple brands and with brand guidelines.
  • Skills from concept through to delivery.
  • Experienced with design tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
  • Any experience in illustration or animation beneficial.

What you’ll get in return

A competitive salary, 27 days holiday + bank holidays, private healthcare, hybrid working with ideally 2 days a week in the Cotswolds. You’ll be joining at an exciting time and play a key role in the creative studio as it’s built from the ground up.

What’s next?

Please apply with an up-to-date CV and portfolio to be considered.
