Technical Web Project Manager opportunity to join an award winning digital agency working across technical development projects.

Salary in the range £30k-40k.

Herefordshire based office, 3 days per week in office.

My client are looking for a talented Technical Web Project Manager to play a crucial role in their dynamic team. This is your opportunity to be a part of a thriving agency and ensure the success of bespoke website and web app projects.

The agency are an innovative full service agency that work closely with B2B clients to deliver exceptional projects. This role would sit within the digital side of the agency, working closely with in-house producers and developers to produce apps for iOS and Android and creating bespoke websites and digital solutions.

What you’ll be doing…

As a Technical Web Project Manager, your main mission is to oversee and guide projects from start to finish, guaranteeing that they meet client expectations, stay within budget, and adhere to set timelines. You will collaborate closely with design, web development, and performance marketing teams, working alongside a Studio Manager for project forecasting. You will be a key contributor to the senior team, assisting in project scoping, cost estimation, and delivery schedules. Your responsibilities will also include managing project budgets, ensuring project compliance with agency policies and technical standards, and monitoring scope changes and client expectations. In addition, you will maintain project task lists and be the central point of contact for all teams.

What experience you’ll bring…

  • Previous experience in a similar role such as Digital Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Project Manager, Web Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Account Manager, Digital Producer or Digital Account Manager.
  • A successful track record of delivering web design and build / web development projects and can demonstrate an understanding of technical thinking.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodology, including issue resolution, risk management, work plan development, resource management, and team meetings
  • Knowledge of internet, intranet, extranet, and client/server architectures
  • Proficiency in content management systems/CMS
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at one time, keep a cool head and maintain motivation throughout teams.
  • Displays excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
