This creative digital agency is known for producing beautiful, impactful work across a wide range of clients. They’re now looking for a Digital Project Manager to support a pipeline of new web projects on an initial 6 month fixed-term contract.

What you’ll be doing
As a Digital Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of 1–2 digital projects, guiding them from early planning through to delivery. You’ll work alongside senior team members to shape timelines, define deliverables, and ensure smooth collaboration across design and development teams.

You’ll translate client requirements into clear project plans and technical briefs. You’ll manage communication between stakeholders, keeping projects on track in terms of scope, budget, and timing. Expect to lead client meetings, provide updates, and coordinate internal sessions to maintain momentum.

You’ll also collaborate closely with UX designers and developers throughout the build process, ensuring everyone has what they need to deliver effectively. This Digital Project Manager role involves working within established tools and workflows while contributing to ongoing improvements in process.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Proven experience in a Digital Project Manager, Digital Producer, or Delivery Manager role within an agency.
  • Strong track record delivering complex digital or CMS-based web projects.
  • Experience working in client-facing roles and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to translate briefs into clear project plans and technical documentation.
  • Understanding of design and development workflows within digital projects.
  • Confident coordinating cross-functional teams and managing timelines.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and collaborative platforms.
  • Availability for on-site presence in Bath.

You’ll receive a salary in the range of £40,000–£45,000, depending on experience. This Digital Project Manager role offers flexible working with a hybrid setup and a collaborative in-studio day each week.
