Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge in the heart of Bristol? Join our client as an Events Executive and become an integral part of their team, collaborating closely with seasoned professionals to deliver exceptional marketing events and campaigns.
What you’ll be doing?
- Assisting in all aspects of event delivery, from sourcing venues to managing bookings for a variety of event types.
- Coordinating logistics for in-person events, including room setup, guest coordination, and post-event activities.
- Contributing to external marketing activities such as conference sponsorships, partnerships, and media production.
What experience you’ll need to apply?
- Previous experience in event coordination, campaign support, or marketing administration.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in using marketing platforms and tools, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
