We’re looking for an experienced Head of CRM to join an award-winning and growing financial services company. This is a new role within the talented marketing team, where you will lead the existing CRM team as well as play an important role in the company’s growth.

The ideal candidate would be someone who is strategic yet can manage a team successfully to get the best out of them and achieve KPIs.

What you’ll be doing

As the Head of CRM, you will set and drive the strategy and create targeted, multi-channel CRM strategies that deliver measurable results in line with business targets. This role will report into the Chief Marketing Officer, and you will have the support of a team of 3 to help deliver these campaigns.

In this role, you will set and drive CRM strategies with the view to achieving business goals and commercial objectives and oversee your team’s workload. You’ll work closely with the data team to gain valuable insight in order to deliver automated, omni-channel comms from retention and ultimately increase customer lifetime value using customer-data based segmentation.

You’ll also build a relationship with the Customer Engagement Platform provider ensuring that client services and the platform functionality is optimised and being used to it’s full potential.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • A CRM expert with proven success in driving commercial results
  • Very strategically focused
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good working knowledge of CRM & marketing automation platforms
  • Experience working with retention & loyalty programmes
  • Solid understanding of data management, analysis and reporting – especially to the senior management team
  • Great communicator both written and verbally
  • Confident in managing others and building relationships
