We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join a thriving eCommerce brand on a 12-month fixed-term contract (full time or part time). This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of day-to-day marketing activity, manage agency partners, and lead the execution of campaigns and content. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team and play a key role in driving growth across multiple channels.
What you’ll be doing
As Marketing Manager, you’ll deliver against an established marketing plan and keep momentum across a variety of channels. You’ll line manage a Marketing Executive and oversee five agencies covering digital, print, web, and EU markets. Your work will span TV, events, email, and content initiatives, giving you real breadth and variety. Expect to coordinate long-form blogs, printed pieces, email campaigns, social content, photoshoots, and national award programmes. You’ll also manage reporting in Excel, using VLOOKUP and pivot tables to track performance. Occasional overnight stays will be required for events and shows.

You’ll receive a competitive salary of £38,000–£45,000, plus a range of benefits including hybrid working (four days in the office, one from home), and on-site parking.
