You’ll lead a talented marketing team while driving measurable pipeline impact across multiple specialist propositions.
What you’ll be doing
As Marketing Manager, you’ll design and own a tiered ABM programme spanning 1:1, 1 and 1 campaigns focused on named target accounts. You’ll build messaging, shape account strategies, and run integrated campaigns across paid LinkedIn, outbound, events, content, webinars and personalised outreach.
You’ll work closely with Sales and senior stakeholders to align campaigns to commercial goals, improve account engagement, and create qualified opportunities. You’ll also oversee content, creative and event delivery, ensuring activity supports pipeline generation and strong brand consistency.
Alongside campaign execution, you’ll lead reporting, attribution and CRM performance tracking. You’ll provide clear commercial insight, maintain high quality marketing operations, and use data to guide decision making.
This Marketing Manager role also includes people leadership. You’ll manage a four-person team, support development plans, and help create a culture focused on outcomes, collaboration and continuous improvement.
