Marketing Manager – CRM (12 Month FTC)

We’re looking for an experienced CRM Manager/Retention Marketing Manager to join a hugely exciting national organisation as they look to grow. This is a crucial role within the memberships team and will help to manage the membership CRM programme and its lifecycle.
What you’ll be doing
As the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimising the membership CRM programme. You will support the Senior Marketing Manager in managing multi-channel campaigns to their members including direct response, in-life communications and related materials.
You will build and deploy broadcast campaigns as well as communication journeys and customer segmentation to support effective delivery of personalised multi-channel messaging. You’ll also support with the implementation of the customer retention strategy.
This role will require you to analyse all campaigns and their results as well as customer data to optimise performance and report back their findings.
What experience you’ll need to apply
- CRM campaign management experience
- Experience of working across all other digital marketing channels
- A solid understanding of CRM systems
- Experience with email software
- An agency or client-side background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent self-motivation, timekeeping & organisational skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
- A great team player but also able to work as well autonomously
