We’re looking for a Mid-Weight Designer to join a forward-thinking tech and media partner that blends creativity, data and AI to deliver bold, performance-driven campaigns.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, ambitious in-house creative studio that combines great creative with exceptional customer knowledge. You’ll work on high-impact client campaigns whilst also shaping the teams own evolving brand identity and offering. If you’re a strategically-minded designer with a bold eye, love variety, and thrive in collaborative environments, this could be your next step.

What you’ll be doing

The Designer will play a central role in delivering standout creative across a range of digital formats, including display, digital out of home, CTV, audio and social. Reporting to a highly regarded and supportive Creative Lead, you’ll take ownership of projects from concept through to production – blending bold visual ideas with performance-driven thinking.

There’s a healthy mix of client campaign work and internal brand-building here. You’ll be involved in concepting, designing and building campaign assets, exploring AI-powered creative tools, and helping to shape and evolve the company’s own visual identity and tone of voice. The role is ideal for someone curious about new formats and technologies, comfortable challenging the status quo, and confident juggling varied briefs.

This is a business that values bold, explorative thinking – and you’ll be encouraged to take creative risks in a supportive, non-hierarchical environment where curiosity and experimentation are celebrated. In this multi-disciplinary role you’ll be encouraged to push your creativity and technical skills as part of a forward-thinking studio.

What experience you’ll need

  • Experience in a creative or in-house studio, ideally with strong multi-channel campaign knowledge.
  • Solid understanding of typography, layout and digital design principles.
  • Able to manage projects end-to-end, from brief to final delivery.
  • Strong technical skills across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, + XD). Open to using AI creative tools such as RunwayML, Firefly or Figma.
  • Some experience with ad building (e.g. Flash Talking, Celtra, or similar) would be a big plus.
  • A portfolio that showcases your excellent designs skills and contemporary creative aesthetic.
  • Motion and video experience (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is desirable.
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS is a bonus.
  • Some copywriting skills – you’ll be helping to craft everything from CTAs to audio scripts.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively and taking feedback on board.
  • Naturally curious, with a hunger to explore new formats and tools.

What you’ll get in return

You’ll be joining a B Corp-certified business where people come first. The company’s values are deeply embedded – from leadership right through to the day-to-day culture – and are a key reason why people join and stay. Retention is strong, progression is encouraged, and the environment is designed to help people do their best work without being micromanaged.

The team is inclusive, collaborative and ambitious. You’ll be trusted to try new things, encouraged to take risks and learn by doing. The business has a genuinely entrepreneurial spirit, always evolving, and this role offers a chance to influence that evolution creatively and culturally.

Benefits include 3 days in the office per week, quarterly companywide gatherings, inclusive socials, enhanced parental leave, pension, a generous bonus scheme, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, access to training for the latest tools, and a role where your curiosity and ideas will be valued every day.
