We’re hiring an Associate Creative Director to lead standout brand identity work for a leading Bristol creative agency. You’ll bring strategic thinking, creative authority and a passion for brand to a team that thrives on pushing boundaries. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll lead projects, mentor designers and help elevate the agency’s creative reputation. This is an excellent role for an experienced ACD or an ambitious Design Director from a brand agency to take the next step in their career.
What you’ll be doing
As Associate Creative Director, you’ll lead the creative development of brand identity systems, working closely with strategists to translate insight into bold, effective design. You’ll oversee design, copywriting and art direction, presenting concepts to clients and senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence. You’ll line manage a team of designers, supporting their growth through regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
This is a strategic role, contributing to the agency’s approach to brand design, and shaping the agency’s creative culture. You’ll support with recruiting top talent, contributing to case studies and events, and championing the agency’s ethos of challenging the ordinary.
You’ll also stay hands-on, crafting brand experiences, directing content creation, and jumping on the tools when needed to bring your ideas to life.
