A brand-new Product Owner role is available to join a leading wholesaler, driven by impressive growth and performance. Join a close-knit digital team working with various fashion brands.

What you’ll be doing:
Your role will be within the digital team, overseeing an eCommerce website with over 4,000 products and various digital tools and features to enhance customer experience. As a Product Owner, your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining the product roadmap, prioritising features and enhancements based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility. You will attend Agile ceremonies, providing the voice of the customer, delivering solutions from conception through to launch, and writing detailed user stories for the development team. Additionally, you will gather requirements from stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct user testing, ensuring solutions meet customer needs.

What experience you’ll need:

  • Previous experience as a Product Owner, managing customer-facing digital products.
  • Desirable eCommerce experience.
  • Strong expertise in customer experience and consumer behaviour roadmaps.
  • Website management experience, understanding how websites are built and maintained, awareness of new technologies, and familiarity with the architecture and technical constraints within the website product environment.
  • Ability to translate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies.
  • B2B digital product experience.
  • Familiarity with Jira.
