What did you want to become when you were a kid?

I went through so many phases and didn’t stick to one idea for too long; from being in the Spice Girls, to a Ballerina, Air Hostess, Forensic Lawyer and ended up settling in to recruitment which has stuck for the longest!

What are you currently excited about?

The summer – I am born in July and it’s my favourite time of year, ADLIB’s re-brand, going to Brighton to see our team and go to the pier, weekends away to see family in Wales, Scotland and Cornwall and there is nothing better than Bristol in the sun!

What are you grateful for?

My furbabies, I have 2 cats Xena (Snow Bengal) and Luna (Moggy) and a puppy Oscar (Dutch Shepherd) who I would be more than happy to show anybody pictures of at any time! Also my husband, family and friends.

Can you share a fun fact or two about yourself?

I am Welsh and grew up in Cardiff and spoke Welsh (although quite rusty now!) and I used to work in wardrobe for events/shows and met stars including Dolly Parton, Kings of Leon, Nicki Minaj and The Four Tops & The Temptations.

 

Fran leads our Project & Agile Delivery Team and brings over 10 years’ recruitment experience, working with renowned agency and client-side businesses across the UK, spanning across tech, digital, UX, marketing and creative agencies across a wide range of industries from early stage start-ups through to global outfits.

Our Project & Agile Delivery team connects agency and client-side businesses embarking on change and transformation projects with Digital Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Product Managers and Business Analysts on a contract and permanent basis.

Fran has been with ADLIB for over 8 years and has built up a strong reputation as a go-to person for product and project management recruitment in the South of England. She has built a strong network of both clients and candidates and still works with clients from the early days. With a background in headhunting, Fran looks after our senior appointments within Project Management and Product, helping clients define and shape requirements, advising on salary benchmarking and market insights, finding sought after skills, creating, and building out teams.
