What did you want to become when you were a kid?

I went through so many phases and didn’t stick to one idea for too long; from being in the Spice Girls, to a Ballerina, Air Hostess, Forensic Lawyer and ended up settling in to recruitment which has stuck for the longest!

What are you grateful for?

My furbabies, I have 2 cats Xena (Snow Bengal) and Luna (Moggy) and a dog Oscar (Dutch Shepherd) who I would be more than happy to show anybody pictures of at any time! Also my husband, family and friends.

Is there a cause or issue that you are passionate about, and if so, why?

I’m passionate about supporting underrepresented groups, particularly working mums, in accessing and thriving in the workforce. As a MotherBoard Ambassador, I work with clients to create flexible, inclusive environments that help retain talented women in the tech industry.

Can you share a fun fact or two about yourself?

I am Welsh and grew up in Cardiff and spoke Welsh (although quite rusty now!) and I used to work in wardrobe for events/shows and met stars including Dolly Parton, Kings of Leon, Nicki Minaj and The Four Tops & The Temptations.

Fran leads our Product & eCommerce recruitment offering and brings over 12 years of experience connecting high-growth and transforming businesses with top talent. She specialises in building product functions across start-ups, scale-ups, and established brands – recruiting for roles from entry level through to Head of Product. Her focus spans eCommerce and retail, hiring across product trading, merchandising, and marketplace roles. Fran has a strong track record of supporting businesses through periods of change, growth, and digital transformation.

Having been with ADLIB for over 10 years, Fran is known for her honest and knowledgeable approach. She has built a loyal network of clients and candidates across the South of England and continues to work with many long-standing partners. With a background in headhunting, she also leads on senior appointments within Product and eCommerce – helping clients define and shape roles, advise on salary benchmarks, market insights, and build out teams.
