We’re working with a sustainability-focused start-up that’s entering an exciting phase of growth. Founded in 2015, the team has spent the last few years developing a software platform that’s now gaining traction with a range of well-known clients. With several significant partnerships on the horizon, they’re looking to bring in an experienced Project Manager to lead project delivery across the business.

This role will involve working closely with senior stakeholders and supporting the Growth Director during deal closure and handover. You’ll also take ownership of the procurement process from start to finish — including reviewing Nature Reporting documentation and ensuring that all client requirements and compliance obligations are met.

It’s a hands-on role, well-suited to someone who’s confident managing complex projects in a fast-moving environment and wants to roll up their sleeves and be part of a mission-led team.

What you’ll be doing

Lead weekly planning sessions, coordinate with internal teams, and manage communication with clients to ensure timely, smooth delivery of Nature Reporting projects.

Track KPIs, flag issues early, and implement improvements to keep projects on course.

Work closely with Marketing, Product, and the Growth Director to shape project messaging, support deal closures, and translate project insights into client-facing materials.

Take ownership of procurement processes from start to finish, including reviewing client documentation for compliance and ensuring accurate, timely contract delivery.

What experience you’ll need:

  • Previous experience working as a Project Manager in a start-up/scale-up environment.
  • Owned large-scale commercial projects end-to-end with big commercial brands.
  • Confident at hosting calls and working with high-profile clients.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a focus on delivering high standards.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to pivot quickly.
  • Collaborative team player, who can work effectively across different teams.
  • Experience with Hubspot / Notion.
  • An understanding of supply chains and/or the land sector.
  • Have experience working in SaaS companies (Software as a Service)

What you’ll get in return

  • Salary circa £45,000
  • Flexible working options
  • Remote work, only one day per week in the Bristol office
  • Personal development budget of £1000 per year
  • Vitality Health Insurance
