We’re helping this tech business take their product capability to the next step as they continue to grow their function and enable agile delivery and innovation within their technology teams. They’ve grown considerably in the last year and are now looking to add a Scrum Master to their team.

What you’ll be doing
As Scrum Master, you will be an integral part of the product team, working alongside Developers, Product Owners/Product Managers and Designers. You will lead and guide Scrum teams in the effective application of Scrum and agile practises, mentor and coach Scrum teams, directing the focus towards customer outcomes and value delivery, eliminate obstacles that hinder progress of Scrum teams ensuring their focus remains on sprint objectives, lead stand ups and champion, educate and guide the business in adopting Scrum practises and embrace agility.

The product team is driven by customer insights and requests so you’ll be expected to put the end user and their expectations as the highest priority.

What experience you’ll need

  • Working in a commercial software environment ideally with a focus on SaaS however we will consider those working in bespoke development or website products and projects.
  • Demonstratable experience working in an Agile landscape and leading a scrum team through their ceremonies.
  • Previous experience working in a Scrum Master role.
  • Comfortable coaching teams and individuals.
  • Experience dealing with both internal and external customers analysing their needs and then aligning this to the product roadmap and any strategic goals.
  • Experience in a highly regulated environment or industry is highly valued and would be a great bonus to have.
