As a Senior Account Director, you’ll oversee key client relationships and guide digital marketing and ABM programmes built to deliver measurable growth. You’ll work with organisations operating in fast-moving B2B markets, helping them make informed decisions, refine digital approaches and deliver activity that aligns with their goals. The consultancy is based in the South of England and operates a remote working model, giving you flexibility while still engaging closely with a collaborative team. This Senior Account Director role is ideal for an experienced Account Director ready to progress or an established Senior Account Director seeking broader autonomy.

What you’ll be doing
In this Senior Account Director position, you’ll set the strategic direction for client programmes, working with delivery teams to translate plans into structured, well-executed activity. You’ll be the main point of contact for senior stakeholders, ensuring they have clarity on performance, timelines and outcomes.

You’ll coordinate multi-channel digital marketing and ABM programmes, overseeing the setup, optimisation and reporting of activity across relevant platforms. You’ll ensure all work is delivered with accuracy and that insights are used to strengthen future plans.

You’ll monitor budgets, support forecasting and maintain oversight of workloads to ensure the team remains organised and aligned with priorities. You’ll also contribute to proposal development and help shape new opportunities with prospective clients.

Part of your role involves supporting colleagues through guidance, knowledge-sharing and structured coordination, creating an environment where everyone can contribute confidently.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Experience delivering B2B digital marketing and/or ABM programmes (equivalent experience welcomed if not gained through a traditional route).
  • Ability to create structured, objective-led marketing plans.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation or ABM tools and the ability to oversee platform-based activity.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders in complex organisations.
  • Background in managing workloads, supporting colleagues and coordinating multi-discipline teams.
  • Strong organisational, communication and documentation skills.
  • Openness to reasonable adjustments to support effective working.
