This is a great chance to join a multi-award-winning eCommerce agency as Senior Account Manager to work with some excellent retail clients and well-known brands.
The role offers 100% remote working (MUST be based in the UK), flexitime, and a well thought out training and development plan whilst offering the chance to work with freedom and autonomy.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be part of a fun, fast paced and agile environment for a multi-award-winning eCommerce agency as a Senior Account Manager. Naturally the role entails managing client success, but we’re looking for someone with a commercial or strategic outlook who can see the bigger picture and combines superb communication skills, stakeholder management, Shopify understanding, organisation, and time management.

As a Shopify plus partner, my client has a track record of designing and building high functioning Shopify websites for their clients, of which you will play a role in managing and encouraged to bring your own ideas to the table to make improvements internally and externally. You’ll grasp the nitty gritty details of briefs, ensuring clients’ needs are passed effectively to the development team. With your proactive mind-set, you’ll use data and insights to foresee problems before they arise, ensuring everything runs smoothly and clients are happy. Additionally, if you have prior Klaviyo knowledge or are a whiz with email marketing strategies, this would be a bonus (but not essential).

What experience you’ll need 

  • You’ll have previous Account Management skills within eCommerce.
  • You’ll understand eCommerce website development and associated technologies.
  • You’ll either have strong digital agency or client side experience within eCommerce.
  • You may have operated in a variety of positions, offering varied input and understanding.
  • You will have Shopify experience, Klaviyo experience is a bonus.
  • Have a real desire to learn new skills, develop your career and progress within the business.
  • Enjoy working with freedom and autonomy, whilst working closely with those around you both face to face and remotely.
  • You’ll enjoy being proactive, offering solutions, and collaborating with colleagues and clients.
  • Base understanding of PM tools such as Jira, ClickUp, and Trello.
