Are you a client-facing digital marketer with a knack for strategic planning and multi-channel campaigns? We’re hiring on behalf of a high-growth digital agency that’s redefining how performance and brand strategy work together – and they’re looking for a brilliant Senior Account Manager to lead on key client relationships and campaign direction.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be at the forefront of client growth – owning relationships, guiding performance strategy, and ensuring joined-up delivery across channels. This isn’t a hands-off role – you’ll be part of the team shaping media and content planning, working closely with specialists across paid, organic and analytics to drive success.

  • Act as the go-to for clients – understand their world, challenges and goals
  • Develop insight-led campaign plans across multiple digital touchpoints
  • Lead regular planning, reviews and reporting sessions with stakeholders
  • Oversee delivery timelines and budgets, ensuring smooth execution
  • Help evolve the agency’s offering by feeding into new tools, services and ideas
  • Support junior team members, share best practice, and bring energy to the team

What They’re Looking For

  • Previous agency experience in a similar role (Digital AM/SAM or equivalent)
  • Solid understanding of paid and organic media and how they integrate
  • Commercial awareness – you understand how to spot growth opportunities
  • Confident presenting and reporting back to senior client contacts
  • A natural team player who brings structure, energy and clear thinking
  • A genuine interest in keeping up with digital trends and innovation
