Senior Cell Biologist

This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative biotech that are accelerating the discovery of T-cell-receptor (TCR)-based cancer therapeutics for solid tumours by combining deep learning and high-throughput protein screening. They are looking for a Senior Cell Biologist to join their mission to develop better TCR-based Immunotherapeutics.
What you’ll be doing
As a Scientist Cell Biologist, you will be involved in setting up and using high throughput display technologies and also leading the development of our cellular TCR analysis assays. You will also be involved in cell culture, transfecting mammalian cells, cloning, mutagenesis, DNA isolation, deep sequencing, CRISPR and tissue culture.
What are they looking for?
- PhD in Cell Biology, Immunology or similar with 2+ years industry or postdoc experience. Alternatively, MSc with 5+ years of relevant industry or postdoc experience.
- Experience working with T cells from blood and tissue samples.
- Experience with mammalian cell culture (T cell culture desirable)
- Experience with cell transfections, vector manipulation and flow cytometry.
- Experience with TCRs is desired.
