Senior Delivery Manager

We have a wonderful opportunity for you to join an excellent digital agency in Bristol as a Senior Delivery Manager, overseeing the agency’s largest flagship account.
 
What you’ll be doing
As a Senior Delivery Manager, you’ll lead diverse teams to deliver projects, seeking continual process improvement. You’ll foster client relationships, encouraging collaboration between teams. Leading planning sessions, you’ll shape project roadmaps into clear user stories, and handle project finances while identifying commercial opportunities. Collaboration with stakeholders to select appropriate tools, facilitate team ceremonies, and ensure team capability will also be vital. Understanding technical aspects and ensuring compliance with standards will round off your responsibilities, alongside contributing to innovation and best practices.
 
What experience you’ll need

• Prior experience as a Senior Delivery Manager or Senior Digital Project Manager.
• Experience gained in a digital agency.
• Experience of working on sizeable web development projects: scoping, creating project documentation, functional specifications, resource planning, working through to delivery, ensuring that projects are on brief and budget.
• You’ll enjoy being client facing and work closely with internal departments to deliver the goods. 
• Comfortable in a fast paced, Agile environment managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• You will be ambitious and driven, and a passionate about a career within a great digital agency who are really going places.
• You will be passionate about the digital world and understand the full development lifecycle.
• Naturally you’ll be extremely organised, ensuring projects are being delivered on time and on budget and everything runs like clockwork.
