Working at the heart of a dynamic creative team, the Senior Designer will develop impactful campaigns, help set the standard for design excellence and mentor junior colleagues.

What you’ll be doing
As a Senior Designer you’ll be responsible for developing design concepts that go beyond project goals, bringing ideas to life through sketches, wireframes, storyboards and prototypes. Collaborating with the wider studio, you will help lead the creative output of project teams, guiding designers while mentoring and supporting junior colleagues along the way.
The role will involve delivering impactful design across digital and print channels, from email and app to direct mail and web. You’ll also shape and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring creative consistency while knowing when and how to push boundaries for clients.
Confident in both client and internal settings, you’ll present creative work with impact, and collaborate closely with teams across the agency to align design with strategy and data-driven objectives, ensuring every piece of work has a tangible impact for clients.

In return, this role offers a hybrid working model, with three days based in a central Bristol office and two days remote.
