Working in a smaller company you’ll have the opportunity to work across various parts of the business, closely with the stakeholders and alongside several department leads.
 
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be presenting to stakeholders and answering their questions by painting a picture with the data provided.

You’ll have the chance to work across digital, data and analytics alongside answering business questions and providing guidance and strategy. You’ll be able to use your marketing and data skills to provide strategic guidance, data sourcing and drawing conclusions.

They’re looking for someone who is good with numbers, with the marketing background and ability to analyse and present information. Your day to day will vary, but you’ll be a key member of the team and help to mentor a junior analyst.

This role is split between marketing data and business data, so you’ll work with the Head of Operations and Head of Marketing. One day it could be data queries, another you could be analysing performance, so if you want a varied and interesting role, this is the one for you!

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Minimum 2+ years working as an Insight Analyst/Data Analyst/Digital Analyst or similar
  • Ability to work across marketing, digital and data analytics
  • Experience working with marketing numbers (including PPC) and digital analytics to assist with website tracking
  • Understanding and experience of key business metrics and ability to analyse and track these
  • Understanding of business strategy, planning and performance analytics
  • Experience using data analytics for acquisitions and expansions
  • Experience with GA4 and PowerBI
  • Knowledge of conversion rates, market demographic analysis and reporting
  • Confident presenting to stakeholders and a proven background in this
  • Bonus for experience working alongside an agency
  • Understanding of digital advertisement is a bonus

What you’ll get in return for your experience

This role requires three days a week in their Manchester office.
