This amazing company are growing their team, starting with you! They’re looking for a strong individual to come in and hit the ground running, with the plan to build a team around you over the next 12 months.

What you’ll be doing
In this role you’ll utilise your range of experience across marketing analytics and customer insight, while also growing and developing a strong team. You’ll help to set the vision for the company and consider how this can be executed, particularly considering customer analytics and mapping customers moving forward.

This role is about the balance of customer analytics and marketing performance analytics. On the customer analytics side you’ll be building out a 360 degree view of the customer; on the management side you’ll be building and growing a team; and when it comes to marketing analytics you’ll need understanding of modelling in order to build customer models and more. They are hoping to have someone to assist with their data cloud, data flows and getting a stronger customer picture. They want to achieve real time personalisation within salesforce from more than just direct campaigns, and they have lots more exciting projects like this.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Several years working in a Marketing Analytics management role (or similar)
  • Excellent experience with Martech platforms (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Dynamics, Marquetta)
  • A strong track record of building and managing teams
  • Expert in marketing analytics and customer analytics
  • Experience with marketing intelligence software and snowflake
  • Experience with SQL
  • Excellent knowledge of cross channel marketing analytics and channel performance
  • Ability to present and communicate insights and customer journeys
  • Confident with marketing and digital analytics tools
  • Experience building and enabling customer journeys
  • Understanding of marketing modelling/econometric modelling/attribution modelling
  • Bonus for experience building MMM models

What you’ll get in return for your experience  
They’ll offer up to £60,000 for the right person. They also have a fantastic package and amazing perks!
There will be a requirement of one day a week in the office in Swindon.
