We are seeking a Senior MLOps Engineer Contractor to join a cross-functional team on a 6-month initial basis. Work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with experts in a fast-paced, innovative FinTech.
What you’ll be doing:
- Conduct ML model training and optimisation, leveraging tools such as Sagemaker.
- Lead data ingestion efforts, ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the process.
- Facilitate experiment tracking and orchestrate pipelines for efficient data processing.
- Drive AB testing initiatives to validate hypotheses and optimise product performance.
- Empower data scientists and data engineers to take ownership of their work through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
What experience you’ll need to apply:
- Proven experience as an MLOps Engineer in a product-led scale-up/start-up environment.
- Strong proficiency in tools such as Sagemaker, Vertex AI, AzureML etc.
- Experience with data ingestion, ML model training and experiment tracking.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment, dealing with ambiguity and novel data challenges.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
What you’ll get in return for your experience:
Day rate up of to £800 p/day inside IR35 on a 6-month initial contract.
