Salesforce Trainer

Join our client as a Salesforce Trainer and help their team get the most out of their Salesforce estate! Working with a global team you’ll support them with their quest to become Salesforce experts. You’ll be tasked with creating training videos and holding in person workshops to get their employees up to speed across a range of Salesforce modules.

What you’ll be doing
You will update training materials, including user guides, videos, workshops, and FAQs, to assist new users and keep everyone informed about the latest features. Work with key team members to identify and address new training and development needs. Ensure training materials and knowledgebases are accurate and up-to-date. Communicate platform changes, such as product release notes, to end users and stakeholders. Stay current with the latest training techniques and methods. You’ll be training across Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Zuora.

What experience you’ll need to apply

• Experience as a Salesforce trainer
• A good understanding of Salesforce including Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Zuora
• Great communication skills
• Salesforce Certifications
• Happy to travel internationally

 
What you’ll get in return for your experience
A day rate of up to £375 outside IR 35 and a fully remote 6 month contract. There will be some international travel with this role to our clients offices outside the UK.
