We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to join a long-standing digital technology organisation delivering software and digital platform projects across creative and online sectors. What you’ll be doing
In this Technical Project Manager role, you’ll guide projects through planning, organisation and delivery. You’ll gather requirements, map out tasks, arrange timelines and support coordination between engineers, operations staff and client-focused teams.

You’ll track project activity using tools, help ensure priorities are clear and support the movement of tasks through each stage of development. You’ll assist with preparing updates, highlighting potential issues early and making sure everyone involved understands next steps.

You’ll contribute to release planning, testing coordination and documentation, helping ensure changes move smoothly across environments. You’ll also support process improvements by offering ideas on how to streamline workflows and improve the predictability of delivery.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Experience with project tools such as Jira, Productive, Trello or comparable platforms.
  • Ability to support budget tracking and maintain clear records.
  • Strong communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisation, with confidence managing multiple moving parts.
  • Willingness to request or provide reasonable adjustments to support accessibility.
