When I was a kid I wanted to become…

A Lawyer! My mum was subject to an unfair dismissal when I was growing up, so I wanted to put the world to rights on how people are treated by employment law to stand up for the little person against the corporations!

For me, this is “what working at ADLIB” is all about:

Helping grow a business full of ethically minded, friendly and professional Recruiters and learning more about what companies are doing with AI and data.

My biggest feel-good moment since I’ve been at ADLIB:

Being asked to be part of the senior leadership team to help guide how ADLIB develops as a company.

How I explain what I do at a party:

I help businesses find talent and people get jobs in the fast-paced world of AI and data.

Beyond recruitment at ADLIB, I care about…

Ethics in AI & data. Technology and data collection is developing at a rapid rate and the consequences of this will be felt by all of us. This is creating all sorts of potential problems for the future around trust, data misuse and the potential for technology to actually make our lives worse. I am passionate about raising awareness about considering ethics when creating technology products and with how data is used to create algorithms.

Alex brings together all manner of data, insight & digital analytics professionals with blue chip organisations, any businesses becoming more data-driven, through to high growth scale-ups across the South West, M4 Corridor and London.
