Data, Insight & Analytics
View profileThe use of data in marketing and data insights continues to grow. Organisations are increasingly looking to harness the vast volumes of data they hold – from in-store transactions, online performance, customer conversions and returns, to internal metrics such as business performance, employee productivity, pricing strategies, and more. Insight Analysts work closely with various parts of a business to generate commercial recommendations that help increase sales, improve productivity, and enhance overall business performance.
Why consider a career as an Insight Analyst?
A career as an Insight Analyst provides the opportunity to apply analytical skills to real-world commercial challenges. Sectors such as retail, eCommerce, financial services, and telecommunications have some of the most established insight and analytics functions. There are also many agencies specialising in customer and market analytics, with more traditional marketing agencies now offering insight-led services to their clients. As a result, candidates now have a wide choice between in-house and agency-side roles.
