This Account Manager role is an opportunity to manage and deliver integrated/creative campaigns for a range of global organisations. You’ll work within a specialist communications and marketing team, helping clients bring complex messages to life. As an Account Manager, you’ll own projects from start to finish, ensuring everything is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
What you’ll be doing
As an Account Manager, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of integrated marketing projects. You’ll take briefs from clients, shape them into clear plans and oversee delivery through to completion.
You’ll work closely with creative and strategy teams to produce content that communicates complex topics in a simple and engaging way. This could include reward communications, leadership messaging or global campaigns across multiple channels.
You’ll manage timelines, budgets and reporting, ensuring projects run smoothly. You’ll also build strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience. Alongside delivery, you’ll support pitches and proposals, contributing to the growth of client accounts.
