*2 days per week at their office in Central London.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • At least one year of hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, GPT, or similar technologies.

  • Experience with integrations, connectors, workflow design or AI architecture would be advantageous.
  • Background within music, entertainment, creative industries, or digital businesses would be beneficial.

What you’ll be doing

As an AI Adoption Co-Ordinator, you will take ownership of AI adoption initiatives across multiple teams. You will lead the rollout of AI platforms, connectors and workflows, ensuring employees are confident using these tools in their day-to-day responsibilities.  You will deliver engaging training sessions, provide ongoing support, and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. The AI Adoption Co-Ordinator will also create clear documentation, maintain standards and governance processes, and ensure AI usage remains effective and compliant.

You will help build automated workflows and AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency whilst  streamlining processes and deliver measurable value.  You will act as the central point of contact for AI-related queries, helping teams identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity, quality and consistency. Working closely with department leaders, you will encourage engagement, track adoption levels and help establish a network of AI champions across the business to sustain momentum and share best practice.

The role will involve a mixture of strategic planning and hands-on delivery. One day you could be running in-person workshops and one-to-one coaching sessions, and the next you could be developing AI skills, creating new workflows or refining processes that support business objectives. You’ll continuously evaluate new tools and capabilities, helping ensure the organisation stays at the forefront of AI innovation while maintaining clear standards and governance.

What you’ll get in return for your experience

This AI Adoption Co-ordinator role offers the opportunity to join a progressive organisation investing heavily in AI innovation. You will have the chance to shape a brand-new function, influence how AI is adopted across the business, and develop your expertise in one of the fastest-growing areas of technology.

You’ll benefit from a competitive salary (£35-45K), a personal development plan, a dedicated training budget, 25 days’ holiday, private medical insurance, life assurance, pension contributions, employee assistance support, social events, and the flexibility to work abroad for part of the year.
