We’re looking for an Amazon Marketplace Manager to drive performance, unlock growth, and take a hands-on approach to scaling Amazon, particularly in the US market. You’ll be stepping into a role with real autonomy, clear commercial impact, and the chance to build on solid foundations. This Amazon Marketplace Manager role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving performance, spotting opportunities, and making things happen.

What you’ll be doing
As an Amazon Marketplace Manager, you will manage day-to-day activity across Amazon Seller Central, with a strong focus on the US marketplace. You will optimise product listings, including titles, bullet points, images, and A+ content to improve visibility and conversion. You will run and refine PPC campaigns, adjusting bids, reviewing search terms, and improving performance metrics such as ACOS and TACOS.

You will carry out keyword research and track ranking improvements. Inventory planning and FBA management will be key to ensuring stock availability during peak trading periods. You will review competitor activity and identify opportunities for growth.

Alongside Amazon, you will support performance across additional e-retail channels and contribute to pricing, promotions, and conversion improvements. You may also have the opportunity to support wider eCommerce initiatives such as website updates, SEO, and emerging channels over time.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central, particularly the US marketplace.
  • Experience in a similar role as an Amazon Marketplace Manager.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Amazon PPC, listing optimisation, and keyword strategy.
  • Experience managing Amazon accounts within a similar revenue range.
  • Ability to analyse performance data and make commercially sound decisions.
  • Experience working remotely with clear ownership of deliverables.
  • Understanding of inventory planning and FBA processes.
  • Familiarity with additional e-retail platforms is beneficial.
  • Confidence using tools to track profitability and campaign performance.

What you’ll get in return for your experience
In return, the Amazon Marketplace Manager will receive a salary of £55,000 plus a performance-based bonus – potenitally more for the perfect candidate. If your salary expectations are up to £60K we’d still love to hear from you.
