Are you an experienced Marketing Manager (B2B) looking for an opportunity to make a measurable commercial impact? This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused marketer to join a well-established and ambitious organisation operating within a regulated environment. As a Marketing Manager, you’ll create targeted campaigns, develop compelling content and help drive awareness of specialist products and services among employers, consultants and other key stakeholders. Working alongside sales and internal stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in generating demand and supporting business growth.
What you’ll be doing
As the B2B Marketing Manager, this role will be responsible for planning and delivering integrated B2B marketing campaigns designed to engage relevant intermediaries. The focus will be on developing clear and compelling messaging that communicates the value of products and services to target audiences. Working closely with sales teams, the role will support priority prospects, consultant relationships and pipeline opportunities. Responsibilities include creating sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, case studies, brochures, guides and digital content that helps move prospects through the buying journey. Campaign performance, lead quality and pipeline contribution will be monitored and analysed to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaboration with marketing, proposition, compliance and commercial teams will ensure activity is delivered effectively, on time and in line with regulatory and brand requirements.
