We’re looking for an experienced CRM Manager to join our client, a digital marketing agency. This is a new role into the business and will be a nice blend of strategy and delivery role which would be perfect for a creative, yet data focused CRM specialist looking for their next challenge.

What you’ll be doing

As the CRM Manager you will work across an array of B2C clients and be responsible for the strategy and planning of campaigns aimed at list growth, acquisition, retention, engagement and conversion as well as building, testing and deploying monthly campaigns.

You will create targeted customer segments using a blend of data points to ensure the right messages meet the correct audiences. Analysis and reporting will also play a regular part of this role across various KPIs and gaining actionable insights to share back internally and to clients.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Previous experience in a CRM orientated role
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver effective CRM strategies
  • A good understanding of CRM platforms
  • Highly creative with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience in customer segmentation
  • Data driven & analytically minded
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident to speak with clients and report findings to internal teams
  • Excellent self-motivation, timekeeping & organisational skills
  • An agency background would be beneficial
