Delivery Director

We’re working with a leading digital agency that is recruiting for a Delivery Director on a contract basis, initially for 3 months with the chance of extension. The role is based in Bristol 2 days per week.

What you’ll be doing…
As a Delivery Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting various business units and key accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day delivery of campaigns, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating with client leads to drive projects forward. You’ll work alongside a team of skilled project managers, strategists, studio creatives, and developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality campaigns that generate demonstrable ROI for our clients. You will also be leading a team of Delivery Managers, line managing and ensuring their projects are delivered effectively and efficiently.

What experience you’ll need to apply…

• Previous experience, preferably gained agency side, as either a Delivery Lead, Delivery Director, Head of Project Management, Lead Project Manager, or Senior Digital Project Manager.
• A track record of successfully managing multi-million-pound accounts and delivering outstanding marketing campaigns on time and within budget.
• With excellent organizational and admin skills, you will be used to delivering multiple projects at one time and keeping all project admin up to date.
• Outstanding client and stakeholder relationship management.
• Line management experience and the desire to manage others.
• Technically, commercially, and strategically minded.
• As a keen team player, you are not afraid to get stuck in and help out where needed, motivating and inspiring your team in the process.

What you’ll get in return for your talents…
The contract is inside IR35, and the rate on offer is up to £750 per day. The initial contract is 3 months, with the possibility of an extension.
