What you’ll be doing
You’ll work as an analyst working in their trading team where they’re reviewing customer, website and sales data to better paint a picture of the trends throughout the business.  You’ll evaluate ecommerce digital journeys and understand more about under the surface insight. You’ll be building reports and dashboards while working to enhance and understanding of digital data.

Sitting as the main person contributing to analytics in this team, you’ll take ownership of analytics across customer acquisition, retention, conversion and the overall customer journey. They don’t currently have a dedicated resource for this in the team, so you’ll be coming in to this role as a new member, where they welcome your ideas.

Reporting to the Head of Trading and working alongside the ecommerce and marketing teams, you’ll have the chance to interact with other analysts to drive the importance of data in the business. They’re keen on people who have a background in analysis and understanding of ecommerce so you can make suggestions and work with the team to support customer growth.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Several years’ experience working as a Digital, Data or Web Analyst
  • Experience working in an ecommerce trading (selling goods or services online) environment or company
  • Google Analytics Experience
  • Ideally experience working with SQL
  • Understanding of ecommerce is key
  • Visualization and reporting experience using Tableau, Big Query or PowerBI
  • Excellent presentation skills

What you’ll get in return for your experience  
A base salary of up to £57,000 plus package and staff discounts.

This role requires two/three days a week in their Bath office.
