We’re looking for a Digital Insight Manager to take ownership of web analytics and deliver insights that improve user experience and conversion. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and tech teams, helping them make smarter decisions through data. This is a hands-on role where you’ll create, manage, and optimise reporting that truly influences strategy.
What you’ll be doing
As Digital Insight Manager, you’ll lead the web analytics strategy across a large digital estate. You’ll manage tracking, reporting, and analysis to uncover trends and opportunities for optimisation. In this role you’ll build dashboards, run deep-dive analysis, and collaborate with teams to ensure data integrity and meaningful insights.
You’ll use your background in digital and data to support conversion rate optimisation initiatives, advise on A/B testing, and provide recommendations that enhance campaigns and UX. You’ll get involved in website insight generation, presenting to stakeholders and more and ensuring data compliance.
