Digital Marketing Manager 12 month FTC

What You’ll Be Doing?

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the charge in devising digital strategies and plans. Collaborating closely with the Director of Marketing & Communications, you’ll drive our annual digital strategy, overseeing critical elements like social media, email marketing, display ads, SEO, SEM, PPC, and website optimization. In addition, you’ll manage website content, digital advertising, social media campaigns, digital campaigns, reporting, and activities on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Pardot). Effective team management will also be a crucial aspect of your role.

What Experience You’ll Need to Apply?

• Demonstrable experience in crafting and executing multichannel digital content marketing strategies, with a sharp focus on inbound lead generation and brand awareness.
• Proven track record in a B2B digital/content role.
• Thorough understanding of SEO principles, digital advertising, and social media strategies.
• Proficiency in utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
• Strong grasp of email marketing and campaign best practices, encompassing split-testing, deliverability optimization, personalization, automation, and GDPR compliance.
• Enthusiastic and driven with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or CIM qualifications (desirable).
