An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Campaign Manager to join a growing and ambitious organisation. This role is ideal for a commercially minded marketer who enjoys creating and delivering impactful campaigns that generate leads, increase brand visibility and support business growth. The successful Campaign Manager will work across multiple channels, manage campaign performance and play a key role in shaping future marketing activity. This role is a 12 months Mat Cover. 

What you’ll be doing

The  Marketing Campaign Manager will plan, create and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that support wider business objectives and generate high-quality leads. This role takes ownership of campaign delivery from concept through to execution, ensuring all activity aligns with the overall marketing strategy. Campaign planning, content development and messaging creation will form a key part of the position. Responsibilities include email marketing, website content, blogs, SEO activity, social media campaigns and customer communications. Working with marketing automation and CRM platforms, the role focuses on managing campaigns, analysing performance and identifying opportunities for improvement. Regular reporting on campaign effectiveness, lead generation and ROI will help shape future marketing activity. Collaboration with sales, product and other internal teams is essential to ensure marketing efforts support commercial objectives and deliver a consistent customer experience. The position also contributes to team planning, prioritisation and the successful delivery of marketing projects.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Proven experience as a Campaign Manager or in a similar campaign-focused marketing role.
  • Strong track record of planning, delivering and optimising successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience across digital marketing channels including email, content, social media and SEO.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation abilities.
  • Experience analysing campaign performance and reporting on results and ROI.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms, ideally HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of content management systems would be advantageous.
  • CIM qualification would be beneficial but not essential.
