What you’ll be doing

As Project Manager, you will be part of a successful and growing PM function, that’s focus is to deliver BigCommerce website development projects for internationally recognised brands across multiple sectors including FMCG, retail, travel and more.

The agency was built on a mantra of delivering both new build and retained projects on time, budget, and scope for clients with differing levels of expectation. Many years later, a track record of high performance has been cemented which ensures repeat business and referrals from impressive clients, as well as a reputation within the eCommerce agency community that “these guys know what they’re doing”.

Specifically as a Project Manager, you will benefit from designated resource with inhouse development and creative teams, as well as building close relationships with other Account & Project Managers in addition to a leadership team which are readily available to bounce ideas off. My client are really keen to see a Project Manager who has aspirations to develop and thrive into more senior roles in the agency, so the possibility of becoming a Director over time is not unrealistic!

This is a superb opportunity to be part of an award-winning agency who continue to grow through successful projects with exciting clients, landing some big names since their inception. This agency has a great personality and philosophy, mixing talent with fun, and are looking for a like-minded team member to come on board.

  • You will have previous experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager or similar using BigCommerce, ideally within an agency setting.
  • A passion for eCommerce, with knowledge of different platforms and the latest trends to work with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • You’ll need to be a confident communicator, with a pro-active approach to problem solving and ensuring that projects are running smoothly.
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, Agile environment managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You will be ambitious and driven, with a desire to contribute to the wider team and learn new skills, progressing into more senior roles over time.

  • Comfortable using various project management tools and software.
  • Naturally you’ll be extremely organised, ensuring projects are being delivered on time and on budget and everything runs like clockwork.
  • Comfortable working 100% remotely long term, or hybrid from the UK based office.

What you’ll get in return for your talents

You will be part of an agency that devotes a lot of time, money, and effort into developing your career. This agency is well established and performing very well, offering you the chance to play a key role in the continued success as Project Manager.
