Digital Project Manager role to join an innovative tech business.

Remote first business with Bristol and London office visits.

We are recruiting for a very well-established eCommerce and technology services business who working within in the music and entertainment sectors. They are a dynamic and forward-thinking team who pride themselves on their innovative solutions, and their working environment that always encourages learning.

Due to exciting company growth, they are looking for a Project Manager to join the team. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by bridging the gap between clients, technical teams, and commercial operations.

What you’ll be doing

As Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet client expectations and are delivered on time, within budget, and at a high quality. This involves engaging with clients to understand their needs, defining project scope, and coordinating resources to achieve project goals. You will monitor progress, manage task allocation within sprints, and communicate updates to both clients and internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will participate in PMO meetings, alerting the team to any risks or overages. Beyond project management, you will focus on continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to refine processes, reduce technical debt, and enhance efficiency in project delivery.

What experience you’ll need

  • Proven experience in project management experience, preferably in a digital agency or digital consultancy environment as a Digital Project Manager, Delivery Manager or Project Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills, with an understanding of the commercial aspects of web and application development.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to set and achieve ambitious objectives.
  • Strategic mindset with a curiosity to understand business objectives.
  • Experience managing clients and managing projects in a client-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with commercial teams to align project goals with business objectives.
  • Proficiency in risk management and anticipating project challenges.
  • Strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
